Week 4 – Day 1

So, the 8 minute run was a success, even if I didn’t run last night. I ran in a cool breeze and no heat. It felt great. I suppose I did a little more than 8 minutes since I wanted to reach the corner while still running. A 5 second sprint did me well.

Anyway, I’m back on track. And I’m loving it. I can’t wait for the 10 minute mark.
