Week 4 – Day 4

For some reason, today I was tired. Must have been the “Thirsty Thursday” drinks I had at work. I dragged my feet to get to the goal. I still ran 3800 feet, so that’s not too bad, considering that it was for 8 minutes and 30 seconds. That’s about a 5 mph run. It’s not the 5.6 mph that I did on a treadmill, but it’s definitely better for toning. This Sunday I can’t skip my “test” for “graduating” to 9 minutes of running. I have to see if the running outside helped with the treadmill.
