Week 4 – Day 5

Ok, so tonight was pretty neat. I ran a bit extra because my first lap around, I pushed myself. I ran about 3/4 of a mile. My ultimate short term goal is to run 1 mile in 10 minutes. From there, I can either keep running that length and increase time, or try to run faster for 10 minutes. I would love to do an 8 minute mile eventually.
